However, one of the basic features the Google Phone app lacked is the ability to announce caller IDs during an incoming call. It was initially discovered in an APK teardown last year. Now, Google has finally added it to the native dialer app on most Android devices. After teasing the return of PUBG Mobile to India in a new avatar, Battlegrounds Mobile India, over the past week, South Korean developer Krafton has revealed the pre-registration date for the game. Pre-Register for Battlegrounds Mobile India In an official blog post, Krafton has confirmed that the pre-registrations for the much-awaited Battlegrounds Mobile India will go live on 18th May. Players can only pre-register for the game on the Google Play Store next week. There is no word on iOS pre-registration or launch at the moment. Poco Extends Warranty on Phones by 2 Months Due to COVID-19

  The company made the announcement via a press release, and also on Twitter, saying that the company believes that “nothing is more important than the well-being of our employees, consumers, and members of the Poco family, and everyone who has been associated with us.” It’s noteworthy that the warranties are not being extended for every Poco phone out there. Instead, the company will apply the two month extension to phones whose warranties are set to expire in May or June of this year. Samsung introduces I-Cube4 packaging tech for fast and efficient chips

 Samsung’s I-Cube is a heterogeneous integration technology that horizontally places one or more logic dies (CPU, GPU, etc.), and several High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) dies on top of a silicon interposer making multiple dies operate as a single chip in one package. I-CUBE4 The successor of the I-Cube2 incorporates four HBMs and, one logic die. With these arrangements, the I-Cube4 is expected to bring fast communication and power efficiency between logic and memory and provide better power efficiency. The I-Cube4 will be ideal for high-performance computing (HPC) applications such as AI, 5G, cloud, and large data centers. Bixby Now Support Indian English in the Latest 3.0 Update

 Samsung has today announced that an update for its digital assistant, Bixby, is rolling out with support for Indian English. The Bixby 3.0 update is “aimed at controlling of daily scenarios through the new and improved Indian English avatar,” as per the blog post. What’s the benefit of using Indian English, you ask? Samsung says that Bixby can now “understand Indian names, places, relationships, content, and recipes” among many other things. Users can even ask the voice assistant to place calls to relatives or family members by saying, “Hi Bixby, call Maa” (Maa = Mother) or “Hi Bixby, call Bhaiya” (Bhaiya = Brother). You will need to define the relationships, along with the corresponding contact, in the Bixby app to make use of this nifty new feature.
